Our students love to use our art studio as the environment support them to be creative. Most of the art supplies and equipments are ready to use. Our studio hours on Sunday are only open for students who registered for 1 year courses or students with a pass. During studio hour, students work independently and shall follow art studio etiquette. how can i find the lesson plans?
You shall find lesson plans and student artworks in a lesson plan email. The class instructor may update the lesson plans at least once a month.
What is the cancellation policy?
Champion Art reserves the right to cancel the class if the enrollment doesn't match the minimum number of students (minimum = 4). Classes will be canceled, and notifications to students will be made 2-5 business days prior to the start of the class. Full refund will be given when Champion Art cancels a class due to insufficient enrollment.

2. After Class Start
7 days after the class start - prorated refund (with a 3% fee if paid through credit card)
3 months after the class start - no refund for one semester and prorated refund of the second semester if yearly course (with a 3% fee if paid through credit card)
what is the make-up class policy?
Champion Art offers 1 make-up classes per quarter student's absence for any reason, we have total 4 make up day in 2021 school year. Please mark the day on your calendar, the make up days are: TBD. Please schedule make-up session with our staffs via email, so you will know the specific time for your class to make up. Missed make-up class will not be rescheduled again. There will not be make-up classes for inclement weather. Please read the inclement weather policy below.
can i try out one class?
Contact us and schedule a try out class with us is highly recommended. One tryout class is offered to first time student for one class price. Price is differ from classes length and material used.
how can i tell if i register class successfully?
Once your online payment has been place and your registration form summit successfully, the registration is done successfully. You will receive a confirmation email from us shortly after checking out. The whole process is quick and easy.
Other Payment Method
In rare cases, the online payment is not applicable to you, you can email us with the class you are interested in. We will send you an invoice after confirming the class details with you. Once you have made a payment by check or cash, we will send you a receipt and request the student personal and billing information. The registration is successful only after we have confirmed the payment and information with you.

We strive to provide a larger platform for students to demonstrate their artistic abilities - that's why we start our class on January instead of Fall so that we have enough time to prepare for the contests and fairs.
