Reservation made less than 24 hours before the class will not be accepted. A master class is subject to cancellation if the registration of the class less than 5. A class cancellation notice will send via email at least 24 hours before the class starts. If cancellation happens due to low registration, a full refund of $15 will be issued to your original payment method. A reservation fee will not be refunded if you are absent for any reason. Class takers are required to bring their own art materials. The champion will only provide easels and trays.

​Artist Bio & Statement

Tonia Gebhart was born in Rutherfordton, NC and grew up in Lilliington., NC.  She attended Sandhills Community College in Southern Pines, NC studying Fine A​rts.

​Tonia started her art career painting murals. On one of the very first murals she painted, a local newspaper wrote an article and titled it "Artist Paints Barefoot". This is where "The Barefoot Artist" comes from. Since then Tonia has painted over 1500 murals that can be found from Richmond, VA to Miami FL. 

​​Tonia's passion is found in her oil paintings.  Her style tends to be a realistic style but also enjoys painting abstracts. Her love for storm clouds, old buildings, abandoned homes and dilapidated barns that are left behind can be seen in many of her paintings.
