A: Your child(ren) had enrolled in Champion Art Programs in 2018 or 2019, and registered 2020 Champion Art Program during December 20, 2019 to December 20, 2020.
B: Your friend's child(ren) hadn't enrolled in Champion Art Programs in 2018 n0r 2019, and registered 2020 Champion Art Program during December 20, 2019 to December 20, 2020.

What, How & When:
You (A) may refer a friend (B) or multiple friends (B) whose child(ren) hadn't enrolled in Champion Art Programs in 2018 nor 2019. You and your friend will each earn a $25 Giftcard by claiming a rebate after both successful registration. Valid from now til December 20, 2020.
You (A) may fill out and submit the following form, and wait for approval/rejection email of this referral application.
Each $25 Giftcard is good for one Quarter. Referral Giftcards can be saved up for 2021 registration.
Each year and each person spendable amount of Referral Giftcards is totalling $100, and the rest can be used for the next year registration.

Warning: Champion Art reserves the right to reject a claim if requirements of the offer not being met.
