One month's notice agreement

I acknowledge that a one month's notice is required to withdraw from the program or non-attendance. If a one month's notice for early withdrawal is not given, your deposit will not be refunded in any forms unless the deposit will be used towards your child’s account balance as credits. There is no reduction in fee for non-attendance without a one month's notice. *

We cannot offer make up classes for missed classes during our programs. Due to Champion’s full class schedule, we are not able to provide you with make-up time in the studio and our teachers cannot provide individual lessons for classes missed. Hopefully your child can attend all classes, but when absences occur students need to complete the assignment for missed class with the help from teachers and classmates. Please note that it is not always possible to make up projects due to specialized materials or techniques taught during the class. If the materials are available and lend themselves well to creating art at home, we will do our best send your child home with materials to complete the project on their own. *
