Eligibility:
A family with two and/or three children registered 2020 Champion Art Program during December 20, 2019 to January 4, 2020.

What & When:
The second child and/or the third child each will get a $15 discount by claiming a rebate after successful registration. Valid through 12/20/2019 - 1/4 2020.
How:
First of all, choose Champion Art classes and finish online registration. Then, fill out the following rebate form.
You will receive an email with the application status (approved/rejected). If the application is approved,
a $15-$30 check will be mailed to you in February, 2020.

Warning: Champion Art reserves the right to reject a claim if requirements of the offer not being met. A $15-$30 check will be mailed to you in February, 2020.
